RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Palm Rat Golf accepts returns or exchanges for new, unworn, unused, unwashed, tag on items in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of order date.
EXCHANGES (i.e. different size/color)
- Please email returns@palmratgolf.com to begin the process. You MUST indicate you wish to exchange an item(s) in your email.
- Please include your order confirmation number/details, and specify which item(s) you would like to exchange and the desired replacement item details (i.e. Exchange 1 Large Nicobar Black Polo for 1 Medium Nicobar Black Polo),
- We will send you a return shipping label to utilize for shipping the exchange item(s) back to us.
- Once we receive your exchange item(s) we will inspect the item(s). If your item(s) are accepted for exchange we will ship you the new replacement item(s) free of charge.
RETURNS
- Email returns@palmratgolf.com to begin the process. Please include your order confirmation number/details, and specify which item(s) you would like to return.
- Once we receive your return we will inspect the item(s). If your item(s) is accepted for return you will be notified and the original price paid (less shipping) will be refunded via your original payment method as soon as practical (usually within 10 business days).
- You MUST make your own arrangements for return shipping.
Please note that returns/refunds/exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items or gift cards/codes.
